Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Laser / Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, safety, and delivering natural, beautiful results. This role is client-facing and requires both technical excellence and refined bedside manner.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic treatments, mainly laser hair removal and micro-needling treatments.
Administer injectable treatments (Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators) if certified and experienced
Conduct thorough client consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
Educate clients on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and clinical excellence
Collaborate with medical providers and aesthetic team members
Contribute to a luxury, welcoming, and professional spa environment
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics (laser required)
Proven experience with laser and energy-based devices
Strong consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and continued education
Ability to thrive in a luxury, high-end setting
