Sharetea Store Manager
Job Description
Sharetea Capitol Hill store is looking for a full-time store manager (part-time is okay if you have very flexible schedule). Our ideal candicate is attentive, hard-working, detail-orientated and results driven.
We offer competitive base salary plus bouns (revenue share)!!
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily business operation
2. Manage inventory (move supplies from storage to store)
3. Compelete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and follow up on work results
4. Maintain staff by recruting and training
5. Understands customers needs, develop marketing strategies to improve sales
6. Purchase supplies from local grocery
Qualifications:
1. At least one year retail managing experience required
2. Food/beverage industry working experience preferred
3. Flexible schedule
4. Able to lift 20-30lb box
5. Able to move inventory (vehicle needed)
6. Bacis computer skills to do reports and scheduling
7. Able to come in for training in May
