Cashier Barista

Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for ensuring our Customers have a real Ice cream parlor experience. The Cashiers/Baristas make eye contact, smile, and greet all Customers courteously and friendly, efficiently follow all company best practice standards, and ensure proper merchandise presentation (every area is fully stocked and ready for service). Cashiers/Baristas are responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, generating sales, making sandwiches, smoothies, ice cream, and gourmet coffee drinks, cash register operations (POS), and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards. Cashiers/Baristas are expected to be engaged in multi-tasks as assigned during all working hours and will be expected to perform a range of functions in all areas of the Store as business needs require.
