Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of the restaurant by effectively managing staff, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. This position focuses on leading the team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards without any travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support restaurant staff to maintain a positive work environment
• Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and maintain stock levels
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address guest concerns promptly
• Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage
• Conduct training and development programs for staff to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Resolve conflicts among staff and customers efficiently and professionally

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
