Coast to Coast Insurance Group of Florida is a growing Allstate agency seeking an experienced, licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Melbourne, Florida.

Located in Pineda Commons Plaza near Sprouts Farmers Market, our agency is focused on helping customers protect what matters most while providing a positive, growth-oriented environment for our team members.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in personal lines insurance sales, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving goals and earning commissions.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and life insurance products
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 License required
• Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience required
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products
• Proven sales and closing skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
