Roof Repair Tech- Flat Roofs

We are currently seeking a Roof Repair Tech- Flat Roofs to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

CASH BONUS GIVEN AFTER 90 CALENDAR DAYS WORKED

· $250 for General Labor

· $500 for Experienced Roofers

· $1000 for Foreman or Higher

What You Will Do:

• Perform service calls, repairs/maintenance in accordance with job specifications and safety, including repairs of flat roof systems and warranty repairs.
• Continuous and seamless communications with customers and the back office.
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform quality inspections before and after the repairs are complete.
• Complete all reporting documents and paperwork.
• Maintain material and supply inventory.
• Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
• We provide the necessary tools and a work vehicle.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance/ repairs or other related fields.
• Experience with low-slope roofing.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
• Clean driving record: this job requires driving the company's vehicle to job sites.
• Minimum of one year of installation and flat roofing repair experience.
• Knowledge of ladders, tools, and safety equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• The ability to safely lift, carry and move equipment, materials, and ladders weighing less than 75 lb.
• Ability to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly for an extended period of time.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• US Citizenship or legal documents which allow legal work in the US.
• Must have valid transportation to and from work.
