We're looking for positive, dependable team members who take pride in providing outstanding customer service while preparing delicious frozen treats, smoothies, and our famous Acai Bowls.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly, positive attitude

• Prepare frozen yogurt creations, Acai Bowls, smoothies, Hurricanes, shakes, sundaes, and other specialty treats

• Recommend products and help guests find their perfect treat

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

• Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Positive with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness and food safety

• Willing to learn and take initiative

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Fast food, restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality experience is highly desirable, but we'll train the right person

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Working cell phone

• Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one after hire)
