About Villa Venezia: Villa Venezia is a 19-room very small boutique hotel situated on the prestigious Isle of Venice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Our property offers a distinctive vintage aesthetic with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience with a comfortable stay.

Position Overview: Front House Clerk / Property Coordinator. Ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and well cared for from arrival to departure. This role requires a genuine passion for hospitality, exceptional attention to detail, and a warm professional demeanor.

We are looking to hire a senior candidate as part time.

SHIFT DAYS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

Thursday soon to be added on the shift days.

9 - 3pm / 22$per HR

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and check in arriving guests
• Manage and respond to guest emails professionally and promptly
• Prepare guest rooms prior to arrival — ensuring rooms meet our standards including welcome amenities such as water, cookies, and personal touches and cleanliness oversight.
• Conduct thorough room inspections following housekeeping.
• Address and resolve guest issues and requests promptly
• Oversee common areas including pool, lobby, and hallways making sure safety exists and making sure everything is presentable working smoothly.
• Receive mail, deliveries, and vendor visits
• Maintain daily activity logs and report directly to property owner
• Follow up on tenants for monthly payments.
• Create reservations when needed.
• Guide guests and making sure they have a smooth stay.
• Requirements:
• RESUME Minimum of 2 Years in the hospitality industry, or hotel industry.Senior.

Comfortable with PMS system

Strong problem solving and efficient solutions without needing supervision.

Warm, gracious, and professional communication style

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Swift communication.

Comfortable with hotel management software

Honesty.

ABLE TO REACH HOTEL AFTERHOURS IF NEEDED.
