Job Description

This is primarily a sales role. Responsibilities include the followings :

    • Account management and follow-up with existing customers
    • New business development (in-person visits, phone, and email outreach)
    • On-site technical support
      Besides your primary sales responsibilities above, you may also be required to assist with assembly work as needed.

Products We Handle

  • Industrial pumps (general)
  • Flagship Product #1: Trochoid pumps
  • Flagship Product #2: Filter-integrated pumps for coolant units used with machine tools
  • Custom units built using the above products

Ideal Candidate

  • Motivated and proactive in sales activities
  • Comfortable with new business development and cold outreach
  • Open to using social media for sales and marketing
  • Interested in manufacturing, mechanical equipment, and industrial products such as pumps
  • Willing to learn product knowledge and assembly skills on the job
  • Reliable and accountable when supporting customers on site

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate degree or higher.
  • Experience: Not required. No prior sales or mechanical-assembly experience necessary — interest and motivation are what matter most.
  • Requirements:
    • Physical ability to lift approximately 30 kg (about 66 lbs), as some pumps and accessories are heavy
    • Valid driver's license (for customer visits / to be confirmed)
  • Preferred:
    • Basic knowledge of industrial or mechanical products
    • B2B sales experience
    • Experience with social media for business
    • Japanese-language communication skills

$48,960 〜 $60,000

Compensation

Semi-monthly
