HOTWORX — Assistant Manager

HOTWORX is looking for a motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Assistant Manager to join our team!

The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to help drive studio sales, provide excellent member experiences, support the team, and keep the studio running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the daily operations of the studio
• Help lead, motivate, and support the Sales Associate team
• Sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and other studio offerings
• Follow up with leads and prospective members
• Give tours and confidently explain the HOTWORX concept
• Help achieve and exceed monthly sales and membership goals
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
• Help with scheduling and team coverage when needed
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong member relationships
• Assist with member retention and engagement
• Participate in local marketing, community outreach, and studio events
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
• Assist with social media and promotional campaigns
• Help ensure studio policies and procedures are followed
• Step in to support the General Manager and team when needed

• Previous sales, customer service, leadership, or fitness experience preferred
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales-driven and motivated by reaching goals
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
• Comfortable leading and motivating a team
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Passionate about fitness and helping others

Compensation

$13–$16 per hour + competitive commission opportunities
