Crew Member - Coloma Dairy Corner

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Crew Member to join our ice cream shop team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming environment for customers by preparing delicious ice cream products, maintaining a clean and organized store, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve ice cream, including scooping, mixing, and creating specialty items
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including equipment, counters, and dining areas
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including resetting the shop for the next shift
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay

• $17-$21 per hour
