Job Description
The Automotive Technician at Vigorous Automotive plays a key role in delivering high-quality repairs while developing technical expertise in a structured, team-oriented environment. This position is designed for technicians at all levels who are committed to continuous improvement, precision workmanship, and professional growth. Team members will gain hands-on experience, work alongside skilled technicians, and follow proven processes that support advancement into higher-level diagnostic roles.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1-2 years of automotive experience (shop, dealership, or school)
- Entry-level to experienced technicians welcome
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive field
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team player with a professional mindset
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles
Preferred (Not Required)
- Automotive technical school background
- ASE certifications (or actively pursuing them)
- Familiarity with digital inspections or shop software
