Position Overview
As a Telemarketer, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to engage prospects, generate interest, qualify leads, and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
This is a high-volume outbound calling role — 200+ calls/day — with no warm leads.
We offer full-time and part-time schedules, providing flexibility for students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone looking to supplement their income.
Key Responsibilities
Make 200+ outbound calls per day
Deliver professional scripts in English and Spanish
Build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
Identify and qualify potential insurance leads for transfer to licensed agents
Accurately log all call activity and outcomes in CRM
Follow up with potential clients when appropriate
Collaborate with team members to optimize scripts and sales strategies
Maintain a professional, energetic, and persistent attitude
Expectations
High-volume calling: 200+ calls/day
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Represent our agency with professionalism and enthusiasm
Handle rejections positively and maintain persistence
Participate in team collaboration and training
Qualifications
Bilingual: Spanish & English (Required)
Telemarketing or call center experience preferred, but motivated college students and stay-at-home moms welcome
Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and commission-driven
Reliable, consistent, and able to follow scripts and processes
Compensation
$15–$18 per hour + strong commission potential
Weekly and monthly performance bonuses
