Lawn Care Technician Lead

The Lawn Care Technician Lead is responsible for overseeing a small team of 1-3 technicians specializing in residential lawn maintenance. This role involves managing day-to-day operations during standard daytime hours while ensuring high-quality service, safety compliance, and efficient use of equipment. The lead will also engage directly with customers and utilize lawn care management software along with mobile apps for scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 1-3 lawn care technicians
• Perform and oversee residential lawn maintenance tasks
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and effectively
• Interact professionally with customers to address needs and concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Train new technicians on best practices and company protocols
• Identify and solve problems in the field to maintain service quality

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in lawn care
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with lawn care equipment operation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
