The hostess maintains a professional and organized front-of-the house environment while ensuring excellent guest experience.

Escort guests to their tables and present menus

Ensure balanced seating rotation among servers

Answer phone calls and take reservations accurately, and take food orders on the phone

Address guest questions regarding menu, wait time, and seating

Handle guest concerns politely

Maintain a calm and professional attitude during busy periods

Communicate with servers and ensure tables are ready

Support the front of house team as needed
