Local Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
• Maintain personal sales quota and actively close new business
• Conduct daily check-ins, coaching, and ride-alongs when needed
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and pipeline activity
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure CRM is updated and used consistently by the team
• Assist in hiring and onboarding new sales representatives
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (management experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage while actively selling
• Goal-oriented with a track record of hitting targets
• Comfortable with cold calling and closing deals
• Valid driver’s license
