Food Service Team Leader

This position is for two qualified candidates in two separate locations, Medford NJ and Glassboro NJ

In addition to following Ry and Howies policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures

- Monitoring food waste and inventory levels and resolving food quality issues.

- Supporting and leading a strong team dynamic

- Communicating with team and customers ensuring great customer service

- Ensuring that the restaurant is cleaned and sanitized monitoring throughout the day and at closing.

- Responsible for cash handling and opening and closing procedures.

- Communicate with Owners on daily basis for planning, concerns, staffing, and catering.

- Scheduling employees appropriately for the business needs
