Job Description

At Good Nature Insurance Agency, we offer a wide variety of insurance services including auto, homeowners, business, and life insurance. Our goal is to always find the best policies for each client and provide professional top-notch service. You will be responsible for networking and developing leads to establish clients and provide the insurance products they need; as well as keeping up with the latest insurance trends and changes to the coverages offered by different insurance companies.

Duties

• Develop leads/ schedule appointments /run quotes for clients

• Determine the specific needs of a particular client by researching their current coverage and available options

• Answer questions related to coverage/charges

• Help customers complete all paperwork properly

• Obtain underwriting approval by completing the application for coverage

• Follow up on all client claims to make sure they are ok/claim is process is up to par

• Develop relationships with referral partners (car lots, realtors, etc.) by marketing, going to networking and community events/shows

• Answer calls to service existing clients: including billing, payments, and endorsements
