About Us
Vital Care of South Miami is a physician-owned, ACHC-accredited specialty infusion pharmacy serving South Florida. We specialize in IV biologic and immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapies for chronic autoimmune, neurological, and GI conditions - Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, CIDP, myasthenia gravis, rheumatoid arthritis, primary immunodeficiency, and more. Patients are infused in our three in-office suites or at home by our in-house nursing team, supported by a newly built ISO 7 sterile compounding clean room.

The Opportunity
We're hiring an Account Executive to own a dedicated territory covering South Florida. You'll build referral relationships with the gastroenterologists, neurologists, rheumatologists, immunologists, and dermatologists who prescribe chronic infusion therapies - backed by fast intake turnaround, benefits investigation support, and direct clinical pharmacist involvement that referring offices notice.

What You'll Do
  • Generate new patient referrals for IV biologics and IVIG from specialist physician offices
  • Grow and service existing referral accounts across the territory
  • Run in-services and office visits; solve prior-auth and scheduling friction alongside our intake team
  • Track referral pipeline and activity; report weekly to ownership
What We're Looking For
  • Experience generating chronic infusion referrals (IVIG and/or IV biologics) directly from physician offices - required
  • Existing prescriber relationships in South Florida counties strongly preferred
  • Specialty or home infusion pharmacy sales background
  • Self-directed field seller motivated by an uncapped, volume-tiered commission plan
  • Valid FL driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation and Benefits
  • $100,000-$130,000 base salary depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission on every new patient start, tiered by monthly volume and therapy
  • $600/month car allowance and $100/month cell phone allowance
