Job Description
BKLYN Wing House is looking for a reliable, fast, and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. If you can handle high volume, move with urgency, and take pride in your food, we want you on the line.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook menu items to BKLYN Wing House standards
• Work efficiently on the line during peak hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and cleaning as needed
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and management
Requirements
• Previous line cook experience preferred (wings/fry station a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays)
