Certified Medical Assistant

Job description:

Very busy independent primary care practice located in Ramsey, NJ seeks an experienced Certified/Registered Medical Assistant to join our caring, friendly team. Must be able to multi-task. Applicant must be proficient in patient intake, vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG, etc. Position will also include some front desk and/or lab duties. There are no weekend hours. 1 evening per week will be required. Full or part time hours available. Competitive salary offered & benefits available. The staff & physicians are supportive & friendly. Qualifications and Skills

• Degree from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
• EMR experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
