Counter / Inside Sales – Electrical Wholesale
We are an established electrical distributor seeking an experienced Counter / Inside Salesperson to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced wholesale environment and understands the needs of electrical contractors, maintenance teams, and builders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, quotes, and order entry
- Enter stock, direct, back, and special orders with accuracy
- Provide timely and accurate quotes and follow up to close sales
- Maintain and restock showroom and counter area for product availability and visibility
- Communicate with customers and coworkers in a professional and friendly manner
- Work with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in electrical wholesale (REQUIRED)
- Solid knowledge of electrical supply products (conduit, fittings, wire, breakers, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Computer skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PDFs, and ideally Epicor Solar Eclipse or similar ERP

- Epicor Solar Eclipse software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous work with similar distributors
