Office Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking professional Full Time Administrative Assistants to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm. Full benefits package offered, 401K, FSA, paid holidays and vacations. Must pass background test, physical and drug screening.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
- Assist with billing processes, payroll, contracts
- Assist service scheduling & coordination
- Correspond with customers and team
- Answer inbound telephone calls; backup to receptionist
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform various office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Thrive in fast paced office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must maintain professional appearance
- Team player
- Dependable
