Magic the Gathering Specialist - Retail Associate

We are currently looking to add a TCG Specialist to our team!

This is primarily a customer facing role, in a medium-high volume production environment. This position is very data intensive, and requires not only a passion for MTG but also a very high level of attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

%CF; Extensive knowledge of Magic the Gathering

%CF; Basic understanding of GSuite and its applications (primarily GSheets and Docs)

%CF; Ability to communicate effectively using online channels, such as Discord

%CF; Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Key Responsibilities Include:

%CF; Conditioning cards

%CF; Purchasing cards and locating collections to purchase

%CF; Pulling orders for in store pickup

%CF; Integrating new physical inventory into the store’s collection

%CF; Building and manipulating large spreadsheets

%CF; Keeping up with clear and timely communication both with customers and with the rest of the team

%CF; Maintaining a clean and organized work space

%CF; Assisting customers with decision making and increasing sales revenue

%CF; Assisting with tournament organization and prizing

Our Ideal Applicant is:

Experienced with TCG economics and finance

Familiar with Inventory Management Software

Organized and Detail Oriented

Self-Motivated and Driven

Knowledgeable about other TCGs such as SWU & Lorcana
