Roofing Sales Representative

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through door-to-door (D2D) prospecting
• Inspect roofs and identify storm damage (training provided)
• Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
• Manage deals from first contact to project completion
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with door knocking and face-to-face sales
• Resilient, competitive, and self-disciplined
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required (we train the right people)
