Contractor / Handyman Needed for Mobile Home Rehabs & Make-Readys
We are looking for a reliable contractor or handyman to help with rehabs, repairs, and make-ready work on mobile homes in our local mobile home parks.
The right candidate should have a solid working knowledge of general repairs, including:
- Basic carpentry
- Light electrical
- Plumbing repairs
- Painting
- Flooring
- Drywall/trim work
- General maintenance and punch-list items
Candidate must have their own tools, be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can complete jobs efficiently, and is comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks.
Hourly pay will be based on experience, skill level, and the individual merits of the candidate.
