What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to our roofing services.
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Build relationships with homeowners through honest, professional communication.
• Track customer interactions using our CRM and mobile applications.
• Manage your assigned territory like it’s your own business.
• Follow up with leads and help create opportunities that turn into sales.

Compensation

• $15/Hour while actively working in designated premium areas.
• $25 bonus for all qualified scheduled appointments.
• Additional $100 bonus upon successful completion of approved jobs that you schedule. Bonuses are paid out once the job is verified and completed according to standard quality guidelines.
• Unlimited earning potential—the harder you work, the more you earn. There is no cap on your success.
