Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage a flat-top grill and fryer.
• Cook menu items consistently and to company standards
• Maintain speed, quality, and accuracy during high-volume periods
• Follow tickets and communicate with team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed
Requirements:
• Prior grill or line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and timing
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities (may vary by position)
• Prepare food items according to Super Subs standards
• Build and assemble subs quickly, accurately, and consistently
• Operate grill, prep station, or deli line as needed
• Take customer orders and handle cash/register transactions
• Write and organize tickets clearly and efficiently
• Wash dishes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and assist with closing duties
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take direction
