CDL-A OTR Driver

Earn $1,900-$2,200 per week running steady refrigerated freight for a Missouri-based company with 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadias.

This is a strong seat for experienced drivers who want real miles, newer equipment, professional dispatch, strong support, and a company ranked in the top 3% for safety and maintenance.

Pay and bonuses:

$0.66 CPM
3 CPM mileage bonus at 11,000+ miles
$60 extra stop pay
$30/hour detention pay
Accessorial pay
$300 orientation pay after 1 day
Up to $3,200 in annual vacation pay

2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadias
2023 and newer trailers
Automatic trucks
Steady refrigerated freight
Primarily east of I-35
Professional dispatch
Passenger ride-along program starting day one

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
3+ years of OTR experience
Safe driving history
Must meet FMCSA requirements
X endorsement preferred, but not required
