Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to management
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring precision and efficiency
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests

Experience

• Strong background in restaurant or culinary settings with fine dining experience
• Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food service operations
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry
• Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on quality presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in catering is a plus, along with strong teamwork skills
