Job Title: Warehouse Clerk II

Location: San Clemente, CA

About the job:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for the accurate and timely shipment and receipt of inventory

and non-inventory items while maintaining proper documentation and ERP system transactions.

We’re looking for someone who:

%CF; Has 2–4 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory-related roles

%CF; Communicates clearly and is highly organized

%CF; Is detail-oriented and capable of completing accurate ERP transactions

%CF; Has experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems

%CF; Can coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

%CF; Has experience shipping commercial products using FedEx, DHL, UPS, or similar carriers

%CF; Can follow packaging, shipping, and compliance procedures

%CF; Is comfortable operating a forklift as needed

What you’ll do:

%CF; Ship customer orders on time, completing all required documentation and ERP entries

%CF; Track shipments and deliveries using carrier software and external databases as required

%CF; Coordinate shipments to sterilization vendors and other subcontractors

%CF; Ship test samples for LAL testing, sterilization, dose audits, bioburden, and peel testing

%CF; Follow import and export compliance procedures, including required screening lists

%CF; Receive and distribute packages and products, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

%CF; Complete receiving transactions in the ERP system

%CF; Maintain clean, organized warehouse and finished goods areas

%CF; Coordinate inventory movement with Facilities and external vendors

%CF; Assist with inventory management, cycle counts, and process improvement initiatives
