Entry-Level Sales & Outreach Representative - Pasadena

V3 Advertising is expanding our team in the Long Beach area and we're looking for people who are comfortable talking with others, willing to learn, and interested in developing real sales and communication skills.

This is a full-time, entry-level position. No previous sales experience is required.

What you'd be doing:

You'll work as part of a team representing well-known nonprofit organizations at retail locations and community events. Your job is to speak with people face-to-face, explain the organization we're working with, answer questions, and help interested people become supporters.

It's a people-focused job, so being comfortable starting conversations and having a positive attitude goes a long way.

You won't be sitting behind a desk all day, and we don't do residential door-to-door sales.

• $750–$1,250 average weekly earnings including base pay and commission

Who tends to do well here:

You don't need a long sales resume. Some of our strongest people have come from restaurants, retail, customer service, hospitality, and other jobs where they had to work with the public.
