Lake City, FL | Full-Time | $16.32/hr. (Non-Exempt)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Financial Counselor to support our clients and ensure a positive financial experience.

• Assist clients in person and by phone with professionalism and compassion
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain financial responsibilities
• Collect co-pays, manage balances, and set up payment plans
• Maintain accurate billing and demographic information in the EMR
• Support scheduling and collaborate with front desk teams to improve collections
• Ensure client accounts and financial documents are accurate and up to date

• Associate’s degree in Business or related field OR
  High School Diploma with 2+ years of office or customer-facing experience
• Experience with billing, insurance verification, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
