Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC

Location: Columbia, SC 29229

Duration: 6 months contract

Pay Range is $35-37. on W2

Job Description:

Looking for an LVN/LPN

Duties:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a MinuteClinic setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, vaccines, and perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document treatment responses.
• Conduct medication reviews and mental health assessments.
• Accurately maintain patient medical records using EMR systems.
• Educate patients and connect them with appropriate healthcare resources.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic and collaborate with the clinical team.

Skills & Requirements:

• 1+ year of healthcare experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; Epic preferred.
• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required and must remain valid at least 30 days beyond the start date.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
