We are looking for a Full Time pediatric Dental Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and caring Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Pediatric experience is preferred but we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, for obvious reasons must be very comfortable with children.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms
- Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment
- Take dental X-rays (as permitted by state regulations)
- Comfort, guide, and reassure pediatric patients and parents
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Support front office or clinical team as needed
- Help maintain upkeep of office
- Keep a positive demeanor Infront of families
Qualifications
- Dental assistant experience is highly preferred
- Pediatric dental experience is a huge plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, patient, and friendly , particularly with children and young adults
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
