The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing commercial and/or residential HVAC systems. This position is well suited for a dependable technician who can diagnose problems efficiently, communicate professionally with customers, and take pride in completing quality work.
Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment and systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers, management, and other team members. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment.
Qualifications
Previous hands-on HVAC service experience is strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC problems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. EPA certification is preferred.
