Responsibilities

Concrete Finishers

• Place and finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, walls, and other concrete structures.
• Finish concrete using hand and power tools, including trowels, floats, edgers, and brooms.
• Read grades and maintain proper elevations.
• Perform patching, repair work, and surface finishing.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.

Concrete Carpenters

• Build, set, brace, and strip concrete forms.
• Read blueprints and layout dimensions.
• Install embeds, anchor bolts, and other form accessories.
• Work closely with finishers and equipment operators to complete concrete placements.

General Laborers

• Assist concrete crews with forming, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete.
• Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Perform other construction duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is preferred but not required for laborer positions.
• Concrete finishing or forming experience is preferred for skilled positions.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
