Pipelayer

The Pipelayer role involves the installation and maintenance of piping systems on construction sites, working closely within a small team under the guidance of a Superintendent and Foreman. This role requires hands-on involvement with trench digging, site preparation, and the operation of various tools and machinery, ensuring that all work complies with safety standards and quality expectations. The Pipelayer will typically remain at a single site but may occasionally travel to other project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes according to project specifications
• Dig and prepare trenches for pipe placement
• Prepare and maintain the work site
• Handle and organize materials efficiently
• Operate manual tools, light, and heavy machinery
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Adhere to all safety regulations and participate in safety meetings
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Perform maintenance tasks on tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction
