Position Summary

The LPN provides direct medical care, monitors health, and works with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals in residential and community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania
• Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
