Available Positions & Responsibilities

Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to company standards
• Change linens, replenish supplies, and sanitize surfaces
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
• Provide excellent service to guests and staff

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas

Qualifications:

• Basic maintenance and repair experience
• Knowledge of building systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
  

Front Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Process reservations and payments
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Customer service experience preferred

Lawn Care & Groundskeeper

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain landscaping, lawns, flower beds, and outdoor areas
• Operate lawn care equipment safely
• Remove debris and ensure grounds are clean and attractive
• Assist with seasonal property maintenance

Qualifications:

• Experience with landscaping equipment preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
