Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our CST team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals and families. This role involves assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Provide case management services, including coordinating care and resources for clients.
  • Offer addiction counseling and support to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions.
  • Work with individuals with disabilities, ensuring their unique needs are met in the therapeutic process.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques as appropriate for client treatment.
  • Document all interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately using ICD-9 coding standards.
  • Provide care and support for geriatric clients, addressing their specific mental health concerns.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Experience in case management and addiction counseling preferred.
  • Familiarity with data collection methods and clinical documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of working with people with disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques is a plus.
  • Experience with geriatrics is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
