Job Summary:
We are expanding and seeking experienced engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS professionals to join our automotive manufacturing operation in Louisville, Kentucky. If you have experience in automotive, manufacturing, plastics, quality systems, supplier quality, production processes, logistics, or environmental health & safety, we want to talk with you.

Responsibilities:
- Support automotive manufacturing operations through engineering, quality, supply chain, logistics, EHS, and continuous improvement activities.
- Analyze manufacturing, quality, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
- Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support customer, supplier, and internal quality initiatives to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Develop, maintain, and improve documentation including procedures, work instructions, control plans, quality reports, and compliance records.
- Participate in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan development, and new product launch activities.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
- Support customer audits, supplier audits, internal audits, and compliance initiatives including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, OSHA, and EPA requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement projects focused on quality, delivery, safety, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and quality issues.
- Assist with inventory planning, material flow, transportation coordination, customs compliance, and supply chain support activities as required.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Environmental Science, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, quality tools, and manufacturing processes is a plus.
