Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Per-Diem Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing boutique pediatric therapy clinic. Our practice is dedicated to providing highly individualized, family-centered care and offers a collaborative continuum of services alongside occupational therapy, with a strong specialization in early intervention.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working in a supportive, close-knit environment where quality of care is prioritized over productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat infants and young children with developmental delays, neuromotor conditions, torticollis, plagiocephaly, and other pediatric diagnoses.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and needs.
• Collaborate closely with occupational therapists to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Educate and empower families through home exercise programs and parent coaching.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with clinic standards.

Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license in California.
• Experience in pediatrics, particularly early intervention, is preferred.
• Strong communication and family-centered care skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
