HVAC Repair | Service Technicians (hiring up to 2 employees) – Saint Petersburg, FL

You will have 4+ years of experience as and HVAC Repair/Service Technician; diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and providing maintenance. We service mostly Residential Customers and some light commercial accounts. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
  • Install replacement parts and recommend system improvements when needed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate service records and follow all safety procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC residential and light commercial repair.
  • EPA Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (possible use of company truck).
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
