Leasing Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and sociable Leasing Consultant who has excellent interpersonal skills to float between our multi-family apartment communities. You will be responsible showcasing our beautiful new community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and creating an outstanding living experience. Your outgoing personality and strong sales skills will be key to driving lease-up success and building a thriving community from the ground up. The ideal candidate must be honest, reliable, proactive, and committed to our core values as a member of our growing family-oriented business.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Personally, manage every aspect of the leasing process with prospective residents.
• Always demonstrate the highest customer service to prospects and current residents.
• Guide clients on tours, the application process, and close sales.
• Answer phone, email, and in-person communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Handles resident concerns and requests with a positive customer service attitude to ensure resident satisfaction with management.
• Help with marketing and advertising.
• Be respectful and professional.
• Be well organized and be able to meet deadlines.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Stays up to date on all fair housing policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Leasing Consultant Requirements

• 3-5 years leasing experience recommened
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug test required prior to employment
