Utility Technicians

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

Job Duties Include:
• Cleaning weirs and removing algae, weeds, sludge, and debris
• Cleaning and maintaining clarifier tanks and aeration basins
• Pressure washing and tank cleaning
• Cleaning MLSS channels and removing accumulated debris
• Responding to and assisting with sludge spill cleanups
• Supporting Treatment Maintenance operations with other assigned duties

⚠️ Important: This position involves working in areas requiring Confined Space and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. During the summer, approximately 80% of the work involves weir and tank cleaning due to heat and algae growth.
