Working under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, the LPN plays a vital role in monitoring patient health, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records to ensure high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Assist patients with daily activities and hygiene
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Provide patient education and emotional support
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in nursing
