Metal Worker - Stamping, Sheet Metal & Welding

Schedule:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Metal Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for skilled candidates with hands-on experience in metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, and/or welding.

The right candidate should be comfortable working with metal, using hand and power tools, reading measurements, and following production specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hand tools, power tools, presses, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform grinding, cutting, drilling, bending, and other metalworking tasks.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications:

• Experience with metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, and/or welding is a must.
• Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
