General Laborer / Field Technician

Davis Concrete Correctors is hiring full-time General Laborers to join our field crews. We are a growing company specializing in mudjacking, basement waterproofing, and foundation repair for residential and commercial customers across Northwest Indiana and the South Chicago suburbs.

This is physically demanding, hands-on work. If you like being outside, working with a crew, using tools, and seeing a job through to a finished result, this role is a strong fit. Starting pay is $15 per hour, with overtime available. Reliable performers can move into crew-lead and foreman roles (starting at $20 per hour).

What you’ll do

• Perform daily labor on concrete and foundation repair projects
• Break out and remove concrete, carry materials, dig trenches, mix and place concrete, and complete related site work
• Use hand tools, power tools, mixers, hammer drills, breakers, and other equipment safely
• Keep trucks, tools, and job sites clean and organized
• Work as part of a crew, follow directions, and help the team meet quality and production goals
• Work a flexible schedule that may include overtime and Saturdays
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

What we’re looking for

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to commute to work based out of the Griffith, IN area
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work every day
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Construction, landscaping, or similar labor experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with others and stay on schedule
