Loan Officer

First American Bank and Trust is looking for a driven, motivated Loan Officer to join our team. We welcome experienced sales professionals from any industry who are looking to build a rewarding career in banking. Lending experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong client pipeline and portfolio
• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Guide customers through the loan application and approval process
• Identify lending opportunities and provide solutions that meet customers’ financial needs
• Meet and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in any industry
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Candidates without a bachelor’s degree must have at least 4 years of sales or related experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment
• Ability to build trust and develop long-term customer relationships
